On the morning of September 22,2026, Zhang Xinzheng, executive vice president of the Zibo Foreign Friendship Association, led a delegation to the School of International Education at Shandong University of Technology to hold a symposium with four recipients of the sister-city scholarships. Zhang Zhaolu, Dean of the School of International Education, Quan Taidong, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, and heads of relevant departments attended the meeting.
