To further strengthen the legal education of international students and deepen their understanding of Chinese laws, regulations, and relevant public security management regulations, the Student Affairs Office held a safety education meeting for international student freshmen on October 17th. All counselors from the Student Affairs Office and some freshmen from the 2024 batch attended the meeting.

Counselor Quan Taidong elaborated on Chinese visa policies, residency regulations, and common legal knowledge related to international students from the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations. Through case studies, he explained visa policies and the process to apply for residence permits, emphasized the importance of complying with Chinese laws and regulations, and warned the international students to strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations.

While strengthening daily education, experts in relevant fields are periodically invited to the school to conduct various specialized educational lectures, continuously deepening international students' understanding of Chinese laws and regulations, enhancing their awareness of safety precautions, and striving to enable every international student to write their own wonderful chapter in the school.
